Over de functie

By combining industry insights, consumer behavior analysis, and brand positioning expertise, he/she will develop compelling narratives and the insights for campaigns that enhance brand identity, engagement, and conversion. He/she will work closely with creative, production, and account teams to ensure strategic alignment with business goals.

COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including emerging technologies, mobility trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
  • Experience in brand strategy, digital marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with expertise in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey strategic vision.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement automotive brand strategies, ensuring alignment with market trends and consumer insights.
  • Conduct in-depth research on automotive industry shifts, competitor positioning, and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to translate strategies into impactful campaigns and content.
  • Guide clients on digital transformation, emerging trends, and the future of automotive content.
  • Support new business pitches with strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure content and campaigns align with brand tone, messaging, and objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in strategy or planning roles, ideally in an automotive or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in market research tools and analytics platforms.
  • Automotive (industry) experience is a strong plus.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English is preferred.
  • Ideally residing near Utrecht.
  • A valid driver’s license is a plus.
